Your existing structure, professionally resolved
PCS removes client-owned marquees and clear-span structures, assesses their structural integrity, and advises whether they can be re-established — or quotes an engineered replacement where they cannot. This is an active PCS service line, currently in delivery.
The situation we resolve
An owned structure that has to move — or go
Sites get redeveloped, leases end, operations relocate. The structure an organisation bought years ago becomes a question nobody on staff can answer: is it worth taking with us?
That is an engineering question, and PCS answers it professionally. We inspect and document the structure's condition, dismantle and remove it with the same discipline as a new installation, and provide a clear recommendation: re-establish it on the new site, salvage its serviceable components, or replace it with a structure engineered for the next phase of use.
- Dismantle & removal of client-owned structures
- Documented structural integrity assessment
- Re-establishment consulting & re-certification
- Engineered replacement quotation where required
The process
Assess. Remove. Resolve.
Stage 1
Inspection & assessment
Frame extrusions, connections, base plates, membranes, hardware and documentation are inspected against current standards. You receive a written assessment of structural integrity and remaining service life.
Stage 2
Dismantle & removal
The structure is dismantled in sequence, componentised, catalogued and removed from site — with salvageable elements protected for transport or storage.
Stage 3
Re-establish or replace
Where the structure holds its integrity, PCS consults on the re-build: siting, engineering and re-certification for the new location. Where it does not, we quote an engineered replacement — often reusing what remains serviceable.

Removal & relocation, answered
Can my existing marquee be dismantled and rebuilt on a new site?
Often, yes. Aluminium clear-span structures are designed to dismantle and re-erect. Whether yours should be depends on its structural integrity: PCS inspects the frame, connections, membranes and hardware, and provides a documented assessment of whether the structure can be safely and compliantly re-established.
What happens if the structure fails the assessment?
We report what failed and why, advise whether components can be salvaged, and quote an engineered replacement sized to the same or a revised requirement. You get a clear decision basis: re-establish, part-salvage, or replace.
Does PCS handle the removal itself?
Yes. PCS manages the dismantle, salvage, transport and — where the structure is sound — re-installation, with the same engineering discipline as a new build, including re-certification for the new site and use.
